| I've just cried my eyes out reading the stories on this site. You're doing a tremendous job. I work for a rescue in England and we've been forced to have a few innocent dogs put to sleep because they look a certain way, the latest being Ben - a 3 month old pup who adored his fosterer's young son. It's heartbreaking. I really, really hope Bruce can be saved and moved to your care. I've written to as many people as I can who I think may be able to help, and will keep on trying. Good luck, and my kindest wishes to all those involved in your rescue centre. |

| Please,please keep up the fight to save Bruce.....it would appear that many have deserted this fellow and I feel that you people would be his very last chance and be able to offer him a great place to spend his time. His crime was nothing but the way he look's.....BSL is wrong,cruel and racism......it stink's and cost's the live's of thousands of dogs,many for the wrong reason as well as costing the Tax payer money too and all soooo completely un-necessary. You're doing a great job with EGAR....keep up the good work as you are the only angels for sooo many dogs. |

| hi, i just wanted to say you are the kindest person i love dogs all animals and i think it is so sad the way some people treat them i have a 15month old staffie and he is my life also have a cross lab with german shepard lovely dog. i would be lost without them. i am currently looking for a female staffie for my male buster!! well done and keep up the good work. |

| Hi, I've been trying to find an address for the centre to hopefully visit i.e. if visits can be facilitated. Either way I'd like to say Well done for all the hard work, especially with the 'so called' vicious breeds. I agree with other comments made - these breeds do have the biological attributes to be dangerous BUT whether or not they turn vicious depends on how they are reared. Irrespective of breed if a dog is rared right they only give love in return. Irene |

| You have all my support Sarah, I only volunteer in a rescue centre but its the most rewarding way to spend your time even if certain members of the public don't agree, the animals wouldn't be there if it wasn't for dedicated animal lovers like yourself. I love all breeds but the bulls in particular. Since my rescued staffy Emily came into life it hasn't been the same. Best wishes. |
